1 Acceptance of Terms

Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Royal777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Royal777 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity, whether or not it was actually authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Royal777 immediately by contacting our support team. We will take immediate steps to secure the account pending investigation.

3.2 Account Currency

All Royal777 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied for Pakistan-based accounts. Amounts are displayed with the PKR symbol (Rs) and use commas as thousand separators throughout the platform.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your Royal777 account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing times. Royal777 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by Royal777 within 30 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically received by the player within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Royal777 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which Royal777 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions Related to Bonuses

Funds deposited as part of a bonus promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may result in forfeiture of those funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Bet Finality

Any winnings or losses resulting from that bet will be applied to your account balance immediately upon round or game completion. In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction mid-round, Royal777 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players' accounts.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

For cricket, football and other sports betting markets, odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Live odds may change rapidly during in-play betting — you are responsible for confirming the odds displayed on your bet slip before confirming submission. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, Royal777's decision following review of official data is final.

6.4 Technical Errors and Malfunctions

Royal777 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game or service. In the event of a server outage, software malfunction or technical error that affects gameplay, Royal777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes. 7 Referral Programme

Royal777 operates a Referral Programme that allows registered players to earn PKR commissions by inviting friends to register and deposit on the platform. The following conditions apply to all participants in the Royal777 Referral Programme:

• Referral commissions are calculated monthly and credited to the referrer's account balance on the first day of the following calendar month. One-time signup bonuses are credited immediately upon the referred player completing their first qualifying deposit.
• A "qualifying referral" is defined as a new player who registers using the referrer's unique link or code, has not previously held a Royal777 account, and makes a minimum first deposit of Rs 500.
• Referral commissions apply to the net activity of referred players — Royal777 calculates net activity as the referred player's total deposits minus total withdrawals within the commission calculation period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Royal777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of your balance:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way that is not through normal human interaction.

• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing or manipulation of any sporting event.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Royal777 platform — including but not limited to the Royal777 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, data and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of Royal777 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Royal777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Royal777 intellectual property for any commercial or other purpose without prior written consent from Royal777.

10 Limitation of Liability

Royal777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Royal777 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Royal777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of enjoyment, even if Royal777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Royal777's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits Royal777's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Royal777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and Royal777. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

Accounts subject to open investigations or pending verification may not be eligible for immediate closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by Royal777

In cases of closure for cause — such as confirmed fraud or terms violations — Royal777 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance. In all other cases, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player.
